Cwm Arian is seeking a People Coordinator. The People Coordinator is central to Cwm Arian’s work, by building the kind of place that helps us all thrive. The role is a strategic one, developing approaches and culture that support Cwm Arian to work well within a non-hierchical structure, and to support that structure to be its best.​

• 2 days per week
• Pay: £31,629 per annum pro rata (£12,651.60 actual)
