What will you be doing?
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
- Raising accurate quotes and processing sales orders.
- Providing product expertise in timber and sheet materials.
- Targeting and winning new business through proactive outbound calling.
- Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving complaints professionally.
- Managing a personal customer account list to hit defined budgets and KPIs.

- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
- IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team.
